One of the biggest changes coming to Warhammer Online in the 1.4.2 patch is the re-balancing of the armor sets and weapons. Since effective levels are being reduced from 20 to 4, the amount of stats on all of the new post-renown rank 80 armor and weapons must also be reduced. As a result, I have added a new feature to the Arsenal of WAR.
Since a large number of items are changing, I've decided to roll out a PTS version of the Arsenal of WAR. It only has items from the WAR PTS server in its database. Hopefully it will help players get a better idea about what awaits them in 1.4.2. I've also updated the Item Depot to take the new effective levels into account.
